By using a handcrafted artisanal approach that utilizes copper-pot distillation, slow-roasted brick oven agave, and the Tahona method to craft a tequila of impeccable flavor and complexity, Altos Reposado is unmatched by any other reposado at its price point. Made from 100% blue agave grown in the Los Altos highlands, the name “Altos” refers to the most desirable growing region in Mexico. Altos Reposado is aged 6-10 months in used, white American-oak bourbon-barrels, which is well beyond the mandated 2 months (and the law only requires wooden containers, not whiskey barrels).
