Sloe Gin goes back to the earliest days of Gin in England when it was used to extract the delicious but astringent sloe berry flavor. Plymouth Gin keeps to tradition by steeping whole sloe berries,in gin;but this gin comes straight off our still at 83% ABV. Weeks later, sugar and water are added and then after approximately 3 months the mixture is filtered,adjusted and bottled at 26%ABV.
